Sylvia Jane Caldwell Spradlin, 91, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2026, at her home in Radford. Born June 12, 1935, she retired from the Radford Army Ammunitions Plant. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paris Leonard and Betty Jane Solomon Caldwell; husband, Charles F. Spradlin; daughter, Vanessa Yopp; and son, Kenneth, Jr.
Survivors include her son, Dexter Albert (Rhonda); brother, Roscoe Caldwell; daughter-in-law, Debbie Albert; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2026, at Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin with Pastor Eddie Dalton.
The family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
