Shirley Copenhaver Farrier Strother, of Newport and Blacksburg, passed away on April 3, 2020. Due to COVID restrictions at the time of her passing, services were postponed.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 12, at 1 p.m. at the Blacksburg United Methodist Church. Following the service, a reception will be held in the Whisner Building adjoining the church where all are welcome to join.
