Patricia Lovern Shepard, 62, of Christiansburg died, Monday, Oct. 23, 2017 at her home. She was born in Blacksburg,VA on June 22, 1955 to the late Andrew William and Hester Pauline Collins Lovern and was preceded in death by a brother, Earl Dean Lovern.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Donnie and Tina Shepard of Christiansburg; sisters and brothers-in-law, Joyce and Dale Chess of Knoxville, TN, and Aloma and James Shears; brother, William Andrew Lovern; grandchildren, Alicia Kitts and Christina Shepard; four great-grandchildren; special friends, Luke and Melissa Lucas.
A Memorial Service was conducted on Oct. 26, 2017 at 7 p.m. in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor James Shears officiating. The family received friends from 6-7 p.m. Thursday evening at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Dr. S.W. Blacksburg,VA 24060. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
