Lenora Dickerson Stover, 57, of Christiansburg, died Thursday, July 7, 2022, at her home.
She was born in Montgomery County on Aug. 29, 1964, to the late James and Betty Lou Akers Dickerson.
Nora worked in the Architectural Department at Virginia Tech for over 25 years. She was a member of Community Christian Church, McCoy.
She is survived by her husband, Ray Stover; sons and daughter-in-law, Daniel Stover and Randy and Gwen Stover; daughters and sons-in-law, April and Dustin Keene, and Katelyn and Austin Underwood; brothers and sister-in-law, Chris and Crystal Dickerson and David Dickerson; eight grandchildren, Brittany, Jesse, Julie, Chelsea, Ellie, Maddie, Grace, Miranda, Annabeth (who will be here soon); longtime special friend, Dreama Price, and many other family and friends. Funeral services were conducted Monday, July 11, 2022. in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Henderson Woods and Mr. Chris Brandow officiating. Interment followed in the Akers Family Cemetery.
