City of Radford Council to meet Monday

RADFORD – Radford City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting this Monday, April 10 at 7 p.m.

Prior to the regular meeting, council will hold a closed session, at 6 p.m., for “Discussion or consideration of the acquisition of real property, for a public purpose, or of the disposition of publicly held real property, where discussion in an open meeting would adversely affect the bargaining position or negotiating strategy of the public body.”

There will be public hearings held to hear comments on the city’s proposed 2024 budget and tax rates. The remainder of the agenda for the regular meeting includes:

MINUTES APPROVAL: March 27, 2023 Regular Meeting

PUBLIC HEARINGS: Ordinance 1787: F.Y. 2024 Budget and Ordinance 1788: 2023 Tax Rate
