Bernard Rudolph “Rudy” Duncan, 87, of Riner, passed away Friday, Oct. 14, 2022.
He was a member of Fairlawn Baptist Church and retired supervisor with Adams Construction Company. Rudy was preceded in death by his parents, James and Lola Duncan; his wife, Sherry Duncan; and six brothers.
Survivors include his daughter, Dana Duncan (Theresa) of Radford; his son, David Duncan of Albuquerque, N. M.; his sister, Elizabeth Duncan Sowers of Riner; sisters-in-law Barbara Duncan, Connie Lawson, and Diane Lawson; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Curtis and Sandra Lawson; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
The family would like to thank Commonwealth Assisted Living – Radford, New River Valley Medical Center, and MediHome Hospice for all the loving care they gave Rudy.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2022, at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Dublin with the Rev. Frank Peters officiating.

The Duncan family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
