Jeffrey Allen Wyrick, fondly known to his mother as “Bow,” was born Feb. 6, 1985, and passed away Aug. 26, 2020.
He was preceded in death by his dad, Allen Dennis Shopshear; a sister, Amanda Leanne Wyrick; his grandfather, Richard Shopshear, and Verne Taylor.
He is survived by his mother, Connie Rae Shopshear; his step-father, Bob Tatum; a sister, Aleacia Wyrick (Kevin); brothers Robert Wyrick (Jessica), Christopher Shopshear (Amber), Dennis Shopshear (Tesla); three children, Landon, Summer and Declan; grandmothers Laura Shopshear and Joyce Taylor, a special uncle and “Auntie” Cindy Hammond; a special cousin, Dean “Delow” Wyrick (Ashley); a special friend, Mike Harris; and many other uncles, aunts, nephews, cousins and friends too many to mention.
Jeff loved his family and brought much happiness to all of us through the years. We will miss the smile, hugs and laughter. May you rest in peace.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
