Wheels4Kids hosted a benefit Cruise-In for Maci Winebarger at the Salem Civic Center on Saturday, September 30. Maci has been in a wheelchair since her tumor surgery when she was six years old.Kelly Balderston from Thaxton, brought out her beautiful 2015, 4.6 liter Limited Edition Foose Mustang out in support of Maci. Chip Foose, who hosts the TV show ‘Over Hauling’ joined Ford to design the car. However, in the middle of production, there was a disagreement and only 276 were made. The only Mustang emblem on the entire car is on the steering wheel and his signature is on the dash.
