As part of Virginia Tech’s Big Event, some of the fraternity brothers from Phi Kappa Tau gave of their time to clean the windows at Glencoe Mansion. “We are so appreciative of all the work they did,” posted Glencoe on Facebook. “Looking for volunteer opportunities of all types?
