These two Christmas displays represent one residential and one business entry in the Radford Chamber of Commerce’s Holiday Decorating Contest. Voting is now underway for the contest and runs through Dec. 22. Each person is asked to vote once. Drive around the city or check out the Chamber’s Facebook page to vote on favorite entries in the home and business categories. A link to the voting app can be found on the Chamber’s website and Facebook page, as is a map and complete list of entries.
“This competition is a fun way to celebrate the holiday season, create a festive and beautiful downtown, attract visitors, and showcase your business and residence from east to west end,” reads a message from Radford Chamber of Commerce. “Pack up the car, have dinner in Radford and ride around our quaint neighborhoods and business districts to vote for your favorite decorated storefronts and homes.”
