RADFORD – The RADical Change Commission is “calling all lovers of laughter for an evening of Valentines themed fun” to raise funds for a good cause.
The Commission is hosting a stand-up comedy show fundraiser “complete with charcuterie and sweet treats” at Sharkey’s Up Top on Monday, Feb. 14.
“The bar will be open with adult beverages for purchase and we’ve got a star-studded line-up featuring Virginia’s best stand up comics, so grab your friends and partners and come out for some Community Love, RADford,” said event organizer and Commission chair Janiele Hamden. “Big RAD love and special thanks to Sharkey’s Radford, Pazar Radford, Hodge Podge Cookies, and our Richmond Comedy Crew for making this event possible – we love our village.”
The event is set for Sharkey’s Up Top on Monday, Feb. 14; 7 – 8 p.m. Tickets are $30 donation per person and available at http://paypal.me/RADicalChangeLove with “Cupids of Comedy” in the memo through Feb. 11.
