The Radford Photo Club met June 21. The theme for the club meeting was “Country Roads.” Kirk Keith placed first with his photo of the New River Trail and Rebecca Harris placed 2nd with her country road picture.
Joyce Sims placed first in the open theme category with her photo of a phoebe with a moth in its mouth. Debby Ring and Kim Lester tied for 2nd place with their photos.
The club meets at 6 p.m. on the third Thursday of every month at the Radford Recreation Center.
The club is free and open to all ages and abilities. An adult must accompany those under 12 years old. For more information, call the recreation center (200 George St.) at 731-3633.
