The Bank of Fincastle has announced the promotion of Teresa Fridley to Vice President and Retail Banking Manager in Fincastle, Shantelle Crouch to Branch Manager at the Troutville office, Amanda “Mandi” Myers to Branch Manager of the Daleville office and McKinsey Payne to Customer Service Representative in Daleville.
In addition, The Bank of Fincastle welcomes Brandy Abbatello as Universal Banker at The Glebe office.
As Retail Banking Manager, Teresa Fridley will oversee the sales and operations of seven branch offices and serve as the branch manager of the Fincastle office. Fridley brings more than 32years of banking experience in loan administration and quality management from BB&T, Wachovia/Wells Fargo and most recently Bank of Botetourt. “I am excited about our plans for the retail banking network at The Bank of Fincastle,” said Fridley. “We have new products and services on the way to help meet the contemporary banking needs of our customers.” She attended Virginia Western Community College and
completed The Graduate School of Banking at Furman University. A native of Botetourt County, Fridley currently resides in Daleville.
Shantelle Crouch joined The Bank of Fincastle nine years ago as teller and since has been promoted to head teller and most recently customer service representative at the Daleville office. Crouch will now lead the team at the Troutville office as Branch Manager. A native of Huntington, W.Va., Crouch graduated from Virginia Western Community College with an associate’s degree in paralegal studies and attended The University of Virginia in Wise County. She currently resides with her husband in Buchanan.
Mandi Myers has been named Branch Manager of the Daleville office, overseeing all aspects of retail banking and lending in Daleville, at The Glebe office, and the operations at the Daleville express drive- thru location. During her 15 years as a Bank of Fincastle employee, Myers has been promoted from teller to customer service representative and most recently served as the branch manager of the Troutville office before being promoted to her new position. A native of Botetourt County, she resides in Trouville with her family.
Also in Daleville, McKinsey Payne received a promotion from teller to Customer Service Representative. Payne joined the bank in 2016 and was previously employed by Wells Fargo. Payne is a current student at Virginia Western Community College and resides in Roanoke.
Brandy Abbatello joins The Bank of Fincastle as Universal Banker, a position she held most recently at SunTrust Bank. A graduate of Mary Baldwin College, she received her bachelor’s degree in history with a minor in education. Abbatello hails from Sparta, N.C., but spent her high school years in Botetourt County. She now resides in Franklin County with her husband.
