Sweet & Savory Donuts and Bagels, located at 1026A Clement St., Radford, celebrates new ownership with a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Radford Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, Jan. 24. The shop is open Tuesday – Friday 6:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
