Cynthia Lynn Blackburn Sartin, 67, passed away Thursday, April 8, 2021, at her home in Radford.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hazzard and Minnie Pearl Blackburn, and her husband, Leroy Wayne Sartin.

Survivors include her sons, Jamie (Shannon) Duncan of Christiansburg, Keith (Vanessa) Duncan of Radford, John Duncan of Radford, and Ron Duncan; 11 grandchildren, two of those being special to her, Hazzard Duncan and Jr. Duncan; eight great-grandchildren; sisters Margaret P. Blackburn of South Carolina and Linda Blackburn of Toledo, Ohio; a brother, Vernon Blackburn of Radford; and many other relatives and friends.

The family received friends on Sunday, April 11, 2021, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Memorial services followed with the Rev. Vernon Landreth officiating.

In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to Mullins Funeral Home to help defer funeral expenses.
