RADFORD – A 36-acre property in Radford is on the market after once being the subject of a special use permit allowing an RV campground to locate there.
The riverfront property was approved for use as an RV park in 2019 by the Radford City Council but was subsequently put up for sale and remains vacant. The property, located at 3080 Little River Dam Rd. in Radford, is valued at $875,000 and is billed as an “RV park development opportunity,” by the sellers.
“The 36+ acre property features thousands of feet of shoreline along the New River located at Exit 105 on Interstate 81,” the listing reads. “The property has been approved for use as an RV park. Public utilities are available along West Main Street.”
