With joyful hearts, the Montgomery County Relay For Life is excited to welcome back the Relay For Life Survivor’s Banquet Ceremony – an inspiring evening devoted to courage, connection, and celebrating life after cancer.
The Every Step Funds A Cure Banquet Ceremony and Fundraiser will take place Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Central Church Radford. The event runs 3 – 7:30 p.m. and will bring our community together for an afternoon of celebration, remembrance and hope.
This special gathering honors cancer survivors, caregivers, and families whose lives have been touched by cancer. This event provides an uplifting environment for survivors to connect with others who have faced similar challenges.
Guests will enjoy an evening filled with entertainment and inspiration, featuring live music by guitarist Daniel Davis and the Appalachian Aftershock Cloggers, along with upbeat music provided by DJ Biskits Mobile Music. The event will also include a heartfelt survivor and caregiver ceremony, special donor recognition and team fundraisers. Throughout the evening, guests can take part in a moving luminaria ceremony, explore a silent auction, hear from our guest speaker who will share a powerful message of hope and perseverance and take a step and a lap toward finding the cure. This special event promises to be both uplifting and memorable as we come together to celebrate, reflect, and support a great cause.
A delicious dinner will be catered by Heathwood Market and includes beef brisket, BBQ chicken, green beans, macaroni and cheese, dessert and beverages. Survivors are invited to attend free of charge as our honored guests. A donation of $18 (12 and under $9) is requested for other participants/attendees.
