“Mother and Child,” a new original watercolor portrait by Radford artist and Radford University Art Professor Z.L. Feng received the Best in Show Award at the 2022 Virginia Watercolor Society Juried Exhibition at the Shenandoah Valley Art Center in Waynesboro. Feng also received recent accolades for “The Officer,“ an original watercolor painting that earned the Best in Show Award at Red River Valley Museum’s 21st Annual International Juried Art Exhibition in Vernon, Texas.
