The Grove United Methodist Women held a quilt raffle recently with the drawing on December 16. The purple quilt, in a Binding Tool Star pattern, was made and donated by Hattie Trail and machine quilted by Nelene Wood. The lucky winner of the beautiful quilt was Darrell Mullins of Radford. Proceeds from the raffle will go to aid local charities supported by the church at 1020 Tyler Avenue in Radford.
