Haven Robert Price Jr., age 74, of Blacksburg went to be with our Lord on Monday, April 17, 2017. He was born on April 24, 1942. Bob was a long-term employee of Poly Scientific and a graduate of business from Roanoke College.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Haven and Bessie Price; and son, Haven Todd Price.
He is survived by his wife, Verna Sarver Price; sister, Emma Price Poff (Roger); son, Robert Dwayne Price (Judy); grandsons, Robert Darren Price (Hannah) and Michael Thomas Price (Sarah); granddaughters, Samantha Marie Thompson (Ethan) and Sydney Ellen Price; great-grandchildren, Ava Marie Thompson and Weston Scott Thompson; mother-in-law, Evelyn Sarver; nephew, Rodney Poff; and special friends, Richard Hinkley and Pauline Vanhoozier.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 2 p.m. in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Virgil McHone and Rev. Bobby Moore officiating. Interment will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg.
