Radford University President Bret Danilowicz shows off his best tartan in this post on Thursday, asking, “Who’s going to celebrate National Tartan Day with me? Feel free to share your photos!” Tartan Day is a North American celebration of Scottish heritage observed annually on April 6, the date on which the Declaration of Arbroath was signed in 1320. It originated in Canada in the mid-1980s.
