Each Saturday the paper features a dog and a cat from the Montgomery County Animal Care and Adoption Center (480 Cinnabar Road, Christiansburg).
Rock-A-Bye came to the Animal Care and Adoption Center in October after falling from a tree–hence his name. He was a bit slender on arrival but has since gained weight. This guy likes being tucked away in his kitty condo but also enjoys nuzzling his face against his favorite humans. Stop by the Center to meet him.
Sammy is a friendly dog who would do best as the only pet in the home since he may be dog-selective. Before he came to the Center, he tended to be an outdoor dog. Sammy loves to go on walks and does well on a leash. (Photo by FiftyCentLove Photgraphie.)
