Each Saturday the paper features a dog and a cat from the Montgomery County Animal Care and Adoption Center (480 Cinnabar Road, Christiansburg).
Those interested in adopting a pet can call 382-5795 or visit www.montgomerycountyva.gov/acac. Hours are 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Walk-ins are welcome.
Look at that sweet face! Two-year-old Maddie has been with the Animal Care and Adoption Center since late April and can’t wait to meet her purrfect match. This lil’ brown Tabby gets along with other felines and would make a good indoor/outdoor cat. She also does well with children.Taco ‘bout a real catch!
