The Pete Dye River Course celebrated their reopening of all 18 holes recently. “Following the catastrophic damage of Hurricane Helene, the Pete Dye River Course staff worked tirelessly to return the course to full capacity,” said Radford Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Dan McKinney. “On April 25, 2025
we were honored to be a part of the grand reopening of the golf course. The Radford Chamber of Commerce, Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce and community partners came together to celebrate this achievement, all 18 holes open for play.” The ribbon cutting ceremony included many speakers including Bill Cunningham, Pulaski Chamber of Commerce; Steve Buffuto, Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce; Dan McKinney, Radford Chamber of Commerce; Jonathan Sweet, Pulaski County; and Michael Abraham and Greg Caldwell of The Pete Dye River Course.
