Margaret Vaught Davis, 86, of Blacksburg, died Sunday, April 5, 2020, in her home. She was born in Giles County on December 23, 1933, to the late Roy King and Virginia Meredith Vaught. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Eldridge Davis, six brothers and three sisters.

She attended Slusser’s Chapel Church of God. She is survived by her children, Vickie and Glenn Sharpe, Karon and Gary Pearman, Sharon Davis, Gary T. and Susan Davis, and Shelby and Gary Smith; her grandchildren, Jennifer Combs and husband Dacker, Crystal Pigman and husband Daryn, Christie Portillo and husband Ishmael, Jason Pearman and wife Rebecca, Michael Davis and wife Renae, Stacie High and husband Robert, Megan Pippin and husband Jason, Brian Smith, and Todd Smith and wife Miranda; her great-grandchildren, Dawson Barnett, Haley Combs, Ethan Combs, Emma Pigman, Grant Pigman, Madison Portillo, Natalie Portillo, Tyler Pearman, Tanner Pearman, Ellie Boehme, Bailey Boehme, Tucker Pippin, Sawyer Pippin, Hailey Smith, Ryland Smith; her siblings Janie Moss, Jeanne Davis, Jackie Vaught and Brenda Shaver.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Services by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
