NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RADFORD, VIRGINIA

Notice is hereby given, the Radford City Council will hold a public hearing on October 14, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 10 Robertson Street, Radford, Virginia.

 

Pursuant to Code of Virginia, Title 15.2, Article 2 Section 15.2-2006 et seq., the purpose of the public hearing it to receive comments regarding a request from Nicholas Olinger and Xeng Feng to vacate a portion of an unimproved public right of way identified as an alley located Between Prospect St. and Ninth street. The request contains a total area of approximately .038 acre.

 

Copies of the application, together with the plat of the property to be vacated, are available for review in the City Manager’s Office located at

10 Robertson Street.
