The City of Radford is preparing its Consolidate Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the period of July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023 (PY 22). The report
outlines the performance of the city on the administration of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funded activities for the PY22/FY23. The final
report must be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) within 90 days following the end of the program year, on Thursday, Sept. 28,
2023. A citizen comment period will run from September 9, 2023 through September 27, 2023.
At 7:00pm on Monday, September 25, 2023, City Council will hold a public meeting to obtain comments and answer questions regarding the CAPER.
