Mauck, Connie Lynn

Connie Lynn Mauck, 63, went home to live her eternal life on Monday, October 23, 2017 at her home in Dublin. She was an active member of Dublin United Methodist Church and was a retired 2nd grade teacher.


Survivors include her husband of 35 years, David W. Mauck of Dublin; daughter and son-in-law, Erika and Josh Tolbert of Dublin; son and his fiancé, Devin Mauck and Andrea Bartlett of Falls Church; parents, John and Mary Etta Morris of Dublin; granddaughters, Ella and Lynnen Tolbert; grandson, Wyatt Tolbert; brothers and sister-in-law, Johnny Morris of Roanoke, and Ricky and Regina Morris of Shiloh; sister-in-law, Dinah Morris; mother-in-law, Betty Mauck; brother-in-law and wife, Dr. Michael G. Mauck and Sherri; sister-in-law, Debra L. Mauck; and several nieces, nephews and cousins galore.  She also leaves many friends who were like family.  Connie loved her family, church and friends dearly.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am, October 27, 2017 at Dublin United Methodist church with Pastor Don Hanshew officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin.

The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Thursday evening at the church.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the DES Backpack Program, c/o Dublin United Methodist Church, PO Box 577, Dublin, VA 24084 or to the Pulaski Daily Bread, PO Box 824, Pulaski, VA 24301. She spent many hours to make sure the children were fed.
