Mary Faulkner Trump, 89, of Christiansburg, died at her home on Saturday, Nov. 12, 2022.
She was born in Bland County, Va., on June 7, 1933, to the late Clyde Luther and Clara Conner Faulkner.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, James E. Trump Sr.; brothers Walter, Wade, and Earl Faulkner; and A sister, Nancy Parks. She was retired from the Radford Army Ammunition Plant. Mary was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church and later attended Park United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Betty and Leo Nester, and Martha and Mike Akers; son James Trump, Jr.; grandchildren Christie, Matt, Jamie, Marissa, Shannon, Mickey, Mark, and Leo, Jr.; 13 great-grandchildren; a twin sister, Martha Harper; a brother, C. L. Faulkner; and special friends Shelby Quesenberry and Diana Trump. The family wishes to thank her caregivers, Betty Akers and Jean Wright.
Funeral services will be conducted today, Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2022, at 11 a.m. in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Warren Cash officiating. Interment will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens. The family received friends Tuesday evening at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Dr. S.W., Blacksburg.
