The Radford City Police Department has arrested Paul Douglas Carper Jr., 46, for two counts of possession of child pornography, one count of distribution of child pornography, and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
The Radford City Police Department has arrested Paul Douglas Carper Jr., 46, for two counts of possession of child pornography, one count of distribution of child pornography, and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
He is currently being held in the New River Valley Regional Jail with no bond.
