Iva Gay Lyons, 83, passed at her home in Radford on Friday, Aug. 21, 2020.
She was a former teacher with Henry County Public Schools. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Patti Lyons, and a brother, Sonny Lyons.
Survivors include her son, Joseph Clinton Lyons of Radford; a grandson, Joseph Lee of Radford; sisters Lillian M. Thomas of Mt. Jackson and Mary Jane Quesenberry of Blacksburg; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Services will be private.
The Lyons family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home and Crematory in Radford.
