United Way of the New River Valley is in need of gift cards for turkeys and food for its annual Holiday Meal Box program. This is a great opportunity to help people in our community. The average cost of a food box for a family of four is $35. Last year the NRV United Way served more than 305 families. The organization needs the community to step up to make feeding that many families possible again this year.
