Allen Lee Lawson, 92, of Christiansburg, passed away Thursday, Aug. 29, 2024, at Radford Health & Rehab. 

He retired from Lynchburg Foundry and a member of First Church of God – Christiansburg. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas G. and Alice Sarah Lawson; wives, Lucy and Edna Lawson; son, Dennis Lawson; and two brothers and two sisters.

Survivors include daughter, Carolyn Furrow (Roscoe) of Christiansburg and Phyllis Hudson of Dublin; daughter-in-law, Rose Lawson of Radford; numerous grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.

The family received friends Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2024, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. The family will also receive friends from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2024, at First Church of God in Christiansburg. Funeral services will begin at 12 p.m. with Rev. Terry Hodge officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Cemetery in Christiansburg.

The Lawson family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
