Mark Duran Kinser of Draper, Virginia, passed away Dec. 12, 2025 at his home surrounded by loved ones.

Born Nov. 15, 1957, he was the son of Duran and Tokie Kinser. Mark was a devoted husband, loving father, and cherished family member whose presence brought strength and steadiness to those around him.

He was married to his beloved wife, Stephanie, with whom he shared a life built on love, dedication and family. He was a proud and caring father to his daughter, Aubrey Kinser, who was the center of his world.

Mark worked as home builder, where he was known for his strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment. Outside of work, he enjoyed spending time with his family and was especially known for his kindness, humor, generosity and commitment to helping others.

He is survived by his wife, Stephanie McKinney; his daughter, Aubrey Kinser; and many other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father; Duran Kinser; mother, Tokie Kinser; sister, Judy Schoonover; and brother, Danny Kinser.

The family received friends Saturday, Dec. 20, 2025, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Graveside services followed in Sunrise Burial Park in Radford.

The Kinser family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.

May Mark be remembered for his unwavering love for his family, his strength of character, and the lasting impact he made on all who knew him.
