The Intellectual Disabilities Agency of the New River Valley invites the community to dine at Wendy’s (2355 N. Franklin St. near the K-Mart) in Christiansburg from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6.
“We need your help!” IDA Director Sheila Roop said. “Please invite, one and all, your friends, family members, Facebook & e-mail friends, church family, and co-workers to attend.”
Donations gratefully accepted, but when you buy dinner from the Wendy’s menu, Wendy’s donates 10 percent of their sales to IDA and that includes the drive thru.
“While you don’t have to say you are with our organization, we thank you for your support,” Director West said.
