Gerri Lynn Fisher, 47, of Blacksburg, passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 2, 2025.

Gerri’s life touched many, and she will be remembered for the love, kindness, and joy she shared with everyone around her. A devoted mother and a cherished friend, she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her love for her family was immeasurable, and her beautiful spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. While we mourn her loss, we find comfort in knowing that she is now at peace in the arms of her Savior. We will forever love and miss you, Gerri.

Gerri was preceded in death by her parents, Linda Fizer Fisher and Jerry Fisher. She is survived by her son, Ethan Fisher of Blacksburg; her brother, Frank Fisher and his wife Laura of Christiansburg; nieces Lucy and Abby Fisher; and numerous other close family members and friends.

The family will receive friends Thursday, April 10, 2025, from 3-7 p.m. at Blacksburg United Methodist Church for a celebration of life gathering. Please feel free to come and go as you wish.
