Margaret Garrett, 93, of Blacksburg, passed peacefully into the hands of God on Tuesday at her home.
She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Bickley, and husband, Steve of Blacksburg. Also, her son Major General (United States Army Retired) Thomas W. Garrett and wife Betsy of Seabrook, SC, seven grandchildren, and nine great-grand hildren.
Funeral Services were held yesterday in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel. The family also received friends yesterday evening at the McCoy Funeral Home.
