Tom spent much of his adult life working in the telecommunications infrastructure field. He also worked for Wades Foods and Deli Mart. He was passionate about many things, among them, golf at the Blacksburg Country Club, classical music and his family and friends. He thoroughly relished a good debate, and was rarely wrong, in his point of view.

Our family wishes to thank the many wonderful people who shared in caring for Tom in the last year of his life.

A celebration of Tom’s life will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 11 at the Blacksburg Country Club. Please, come as you are and join us for a time of sharing and remembrance for our dad, Granddaddy, Paw Paw, brother, uncle and friend.
