First Baptist Church to hold third annual Christmas bazaar and hot dog lunch Dec. 3

The First Baptist Church Women’s Bible Study bazaar offers Christmas wreaths, silent auction, gift baskets and much more.

The Women’s Bible Study will hold their third annual Christmas Bazaar from 1 – 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 3 at First Baptist Church (555 West Rock Road) in Radford.


Thirty Christmas wreaths themes are featured this year including high school, collegiate and seasonal designs and three silent action gift basket winners will be announced at 3 p.m.

The bazaar offers a wide variety including gift baskets, Terra Cotta Pot People, seasonal, and collegiate tissue holders, candy dishes, table runner, blankets, mirrored tiles, blankets, jewelry.

Specialty Christmas cards will again be offered by Toni Watson of Stafford, Virginia.

“Hotdog lunch as well as baked goods are offered throughout the day and everyone is welcome,” a church spokesperson, Doris Dobbins, wrote in an announcement for the bazaar.

The chairperson for the Bazaar is Vondelear Hubbard, the Bible School instructor is Rev. Jenene Saunders and the coordinator is Doris Dobbins. The pastor is Rev. C. Coles Casey. The First Baptist Church Women’s Bible Study meets on Mondays at 6 p.m.
