Barbara Frances Duncan began to live on Sept. 29, 1946. She changed her residence on Dec. 18, 2025 to really begin to live with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
She was preceded in death by her husband, Graham Duncan, and her son, Steven Duncan.
She is survived by Tina (John) Kellam, Buffie (Damon) Banes, Joe Duncan, Brett (Shannon) Downey, Devon Mathiesen and Eddie Arnold.
Barbara chose to be cremated. A full obituary and a memorial service will be May 2, 2026.
The family wholeheartedly wants to thank ACG Hospice and in particular, Candice Draper, Stephanie Cable, Alyshea Henley, and Dr. Charles Judy. They were a tremendous blessing to Barbara and her family.
The Duncan family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
