Elsie Reed Duncan Dudley, 89, of Dublin, died Friday, Sept. 7, 2018 at Lewis Gale Hospital-Pulaski. She was born in Floyd, VA on Feb. 27, 1929 to the late Walter Sidney and Amanda Keith Reed.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Harold E. Dudley, two brothers, Elvin and Melvin Reed; and a sister, Edna Bishop. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Billy and Linda Duncan, Steve and Barbara Duncan; two sisters, Ima Cannaday and Velma Townley; four grandchildren, Missy Hedge, Billy Duncan, Jr., Renee Duncan, Regina Dickinson; seven great grandchildren; three step daughters and sons-in-law, Linda Dudley and Jerry Cherry, Dori and Rupert Smith, Angela and Steve Helwig; step son, Darrell Dudley; seven step-grandchildren; six step great-grandchildren; and one step great-great-grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews; and her loving companion, Winnie.

Funeral services were held Monday, Sept. 10, 2018 in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Frank Peters officiating.
Interment followed in the Snider Cemetery, Prices Fork. The family received friends at McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
