DeHart, Margie Sue Divers

Margie Sue Divers DeHart, 86, passed away Monday, March 27, 2017 at her home in Radford. She was retired from Inland Motors with 25 years of service.


Sue was preceded in death by her parents, Jake and Charlotte Divers; son, Johnny Lee; daughter, Teresa; and grandson, Paul.

Survivors include her husband of 69 years, James “Ed” DeHart; daughters and sons-in-law
, Sandra and James Simpkins of Christiansburg, and Peggy and Garland Alderman of Snowville; son and daughter-in-law, James
“Jed” and Dana DeHart of Radford; special family, Carolyn and Doug Keller of Radford; sister, Freida Davis of Henrico, North Carolina; eight grandchildren, Cherie, Stacey, India, Nicole, Drew, Dylan, Sherry and Jessica; 12 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Friday, March 31 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. with Rev. Ken Farrar officiating. Interment will follow in West View Cemetery in Radford.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Good Samaritan Hospice.

The DeHart family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
