Downtown Blacksburg, Inc., has announced that its Business Member of the month for March is Pointe West Management.

Gus the pointer is the star of Pointe West’s 2020 housing campaign.

For more than 20 years, Pointe West Management has been providing property management services in the New River Valley. Pointe West’s reputation for a turnkey experience attracts residential and commercial property owners whether they are leasing or selling. Pointe West’s tenants appreciate the firm’s high customer service standards and responsiveness to maintenance issues.

The staff at Point West is also known for its student-housing expertise. With hundreds of units under management, Pointe West is committed to providing residences that meet the needs of the student community.

Principal owner Aaron Harris-Kirby leads the Pointe West team. She is a Southwest Virginia native and a graduate of Radford University. Recognized for her leadership in the New River Valley business community, Harris-Kirby serves as the 2020 chair of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Her real estate and property management experience spans more than 20 years.

Pointe West’s team wouldn’t be complete without Gus, the Pointe West Pointer, who is the star of the company’s 2020 housing campaign.  He snoozes on the office sofa most days, but he does important work, too, including greeting website visitors and pointing them toward the information they need.
