City of Radford Solid Waste Collection the Christmas and New Year’s Holidays

The Public Works Department will be closed December 24, 25, and 26 for the Christmas Holiday and December 31 and January 1 for the New Year’s holiday.  The following is the Solid Waste Collection Schedule and Drop Center Hours.

 

The Public Works Department will be closed December 24, 25, and 26 for the Christmas Holiday and December 31 and January 1 for the New Year’s holiday.  The following is the Solid Waste Collection Schedule and Drop Center Hours.

 

New Year’s Holiday:

 

December 31: Collection on Wednesday, January 2, 2019.

 

January 1, 2019: Collection on Thursday, January 3, 2019.

 

*Residents need to have their garbage available for collection by 7:30.

 

Park/Brush Drop Center:

 

December 31: Closed

 

January 1: Closed

 

January 3: 8:00-3:30.
