The Christiansburg Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying persons of interest in a series of grand larcenies from Walmart in Christiansburg.

The two men pictured were captured on video on two separate occasions stealing robot vacuum cleaners. On June 20 and again on July 9, the man wearing the mask was seen removing a car seat from its box and then concealing robot vacuums in the box before pushing them out of the store without paying for them. On June 20, seven vacuums valued at almost $1,600 were taken

On July 9, 10 vacuums with a total value of approximately $2,400 were taken. On each date, the pair left the business in a vehicle.

The man without the mask is thought to be the driver of the involved vehicle. He appears to have multiple highly distinctive tattoos, particularly on his shins. The man wearing the mask and the Ecko Unlimited 1972 shirt also appears to have extensive tattoos on his right forearm.

Anyone with information about this crime or the identity of the two individuals is urged to call the Christiansburg Police Department at (540) 382-4084.
