Chipotle Mexican Grill opened its first location in Radford at 7406 Lee Hwy. on Monday, Dec. 12.

The restaurant will feature the brand’s signature Chipotlane, a drive-thru pickup lane that allows customers to pick up digital orders without leaving their cars. The first five people in line Monday received complimentary Chipotle Goods merchandise. Guests who sign up for Chipotle Rewards will receive free chips and guac after their first purchase.

The restaurant will be open every day from 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m. The restaurant is hiring at the Radford location with an average of 25 jobs per location with competitive benefits, including a crew bonus with the opportunity to earn an extra month’s pay each year, a debt-free college degree program, an English as a second language program, and access to mental healthcare for employees and their families.
