Jeffrey Wayne Carroll, 64, passed away Thursday, Feb. 12, 2026, at his home in Fairlawn. Born Mar. 20, 1961, he was preceded in death by his parents, William Douglas and Jo Ann Sifford Carroll.
He will be missed deeply by his loving wife, Tina Carroll; his children and his many friends.
Per Jeff’s request, there will be not services at this time.
The Carroll family is in the care of the Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
