Paul Carper was arrested in New York on multiple indictments for child sex offenses/child pornography handed down by a Radford City Grand Jury on Dec. 7,2017.
Mr. Carper was arrested by Deputy Marshals from the United States Marshal Service in Newburgh, New York without incident.
Mr. Carper will face extradition procedures in New York before being returned to Virginia to stand trial.
No further information will be released at this point.
