Thelma Robinson Caldwell, 94, passed away at her home Aug. 10, 2023 after a long battle with cancer. There will be a Celebration of Life Oct. 21, 2023 at 1 p.m. to honor her. The celebration will be at the Robinson Cemetery in Blacksburg.
