People often think only pizza and beer go together. But does wine? Two local small businesses, JBR Vineyards and Spooky Hollow Bread, recently partnered in an event to answer that question. Stephanie Sutphin (left), of Spooky Hollow Bread, demonstrated cast iron pizza making with her home-made dough. Deborah Ring (right), of JBR Vineyards, served Pinot Noir. Attendees enjoyed beautiful scenery, sampling of pizza and wine, and watching the gentle rain while learning how to make Sutphin’s pizza.
